Timings & Checkpoints

Each peloton rides at a different speed and follows a structured route with two official rest stops. Below you’ll find the expected schedule per speed group, including departures from Brussels, arrival times at the Berlare (80 km start) and Assenede (50 km start) rest stops, and the final arrival in Knokke.

ℹ️ Please note: times below include scheduled pauses at each checkpoint. Each group will ride with professional guidance and support.

Bike support & technical info

Our mechanics will be available before the start for small technical checks.

⚠️ Please make sure your bike is in perfect working condition before arrival.
We won’t be able to perform major repairs onsite.

✅ Tire inflation or quick tweaks = OK
❌ Replacing parts or full repairs = Not possible

At each checkpoint, you’ll be able to refuel with a solid mix of drinks and snacks to keep your energy high:
